We all have experienced sweaty palms and stomach churning before an exam. These physical responses are often influenced by our perception of examinations. Seeking examination as a stressful event can contribute to a cycle of anxiety thus it is important to review our experiences to bring positive changes in our perception. By doing so, we can foster positive changes and reduce exam-related stress.
It’s important to remember that seeking help from psychologists and medical professionals is a valuable step when dealing with high levels of stress and burnout.

We bring to you some tips to sail through exams:
1. Organize your workspace: A clutter-free workspace minimizes distractions, helping you to concentrate better on your studies.
2. Getting Things Done: Note down all tasks and ideas instead of keeping them in your head. Then clarify the tasks, organize them, reflect on them, and engage with them.
3. Break Down Your Study Material: Break your study material into smaller, manageable chunks. This can make studying less overwhelming and increase your sense of accomplishment as you progress.
4. Two-Minute Rule: If a task takes two minutes or less to complete, do it immediately instead of putting it off. This can help prevent small tasks from piling up and becoming overwhelming.
5. Elaboration and Self-Explanation: Try to explain the concepts in your own words. This can help deepen your understanding and recall.
6. Spaced Repetition: Instead of cramming all your study into one session, spread it out over several short periods of time over several days and weeks. This is more effective for long-term retention
7. Healthy Lifestyle: Maintain a balanced diet, get regular exercise, and ensure you're getting enough quality sleep. These can significantly impact your mood and energy levels.
8. Stay Positive: Maintain a positive mindset. Remember that it's okay to make mistakes during your study process. They are opportunities to learn and grow.
